1. Artwork Confirmation Check size, color mode, text content, logo position and finishing requirements. All files will be verified to avoid printing errors.
2. Pre-production Sample Making Produce 1:1 physical samples with the same paper, film, foil and craftsmanship as bulk orders. Test color effect, folding performance, stamping adhesion and overall structure.
3. Sample Approval Clients confirm color, texture, size and finishing. Signed sample will be the only standard for mass production.
4. Bulk Production & In-process QC During mass production, we inspect printing color, lamination flatness, hot stamping firmness, die-cut precision and assembly quality batch by batch. Defective products will be sorted out strictly.
5. Final Inspection & Packing Before shipment, complete full inspection for appearance, size, 1. strength and compliance. Pack goods with carton protection to avoid transit damage.
