1. Structure & Material Upgrades
· For rigid boxes: Add cardboard reinforcement strips on corners to resist stacking impact; adjust lid tolerance to prevent cracking under vessel temperature shifts.
· For paper bags: Double-reinforce twisted paper handles with cross stitching; choose thicker base paper for heavy goods to stop tearing during transport.
1. Pallet Loading Standards
· Separate stacks of flat paper bags and assembled rigid boxes to avoid sharp box edges cutting bag surfaces.
· Wrap full pallets with cross-layer stretch film + cardboard edge protectors for all packaging shipments.
· Place heavy rigid box cartons at pallet bottom, lightweight flat paper bags on upper layers.
